EG applies multidisciplinary approaches to assess exploration and development potential of areas by integrating geologic, geophysical, engineering and well data in geocelular models.

In reservoir characterization projects, EG processes seismic trace inversion, petrophysical evaluations, stratigraphic and structural analyses that are integrated in geocelular grids to define areas of interest and sites for new well locations.

Constantly growing, EG has completed more than 170 projects in Latin America and its accumulated experience allows EG to optimize workflows and the use of the available tools.

The processing, integration and interpretation of results are done with EG software tools: Petrel™ (Schlumberger), Interactive Petrophysics™ (LR), Strata™ (Hampson-Russell), 2d/3d PAK™ (SMT). EG has developed its own methodologies for QC, refine models and result analysis with a smart integration of these tools.
